Windows 7: Dates

If you are having problems with the date format in Scoresaver 2 running under Windows 7: do this:

- Run SS2
- Leave SS2 open then go to Control Panel, Regional Settings
- Change the format from the default (e.g. English (United Kingdom) to a different country (e.g. English (South Africa))
- Close SS2 then re-open it.
- Go back to control panel and switch it back to English (UK).

This is caused by Windows 7 and Delphi (which Scoresaver 2 is written in) having a small disagreement.

1) The statistics show, over time, whether you're improving or not and you'll be surprised it's not necessarily the areas you think you need to improve! It's certainly helped me.
2) To know what you achieve against given (or self-inflicted) targets is far better than guessing.
3) I have found Scoresaver 2 encouraging as it breaks each round down to into its constituent parts and, although my driving may have been abysmal, it's great to now that my putting has been 'professional'. It's a massive fillip!
